I loved staying in this pleasant and cheerful hotel based in a classic building. The room was spotless and warm and overlooked street. The venue was located in the centre of the city. Moreover, it's close enough to Cragside as well as the restaurant. Food in the main bar was astonishing. The service was excellent during all my really comfortable stay.

The property was wonderful and newly decorated. The staff were active and really seemed to care about the food and service. The setting was ideal, just next door to Northumberland. We had an outstanding meal at the lounge restaurant.

The staff were genuinely helpful and attentive, and they really seemed to care about making sure we were happy with the food and service. The room I booked was large and recently refurbished, and the breakfast offered a variety of tasty meals. The hotel's ideal location next to a retail shop and famous attractions made it very convenient. The place was wonderfully relaxing and had been recently renovated.

We had a great time staying here with our dog and would definitely recommend it to anyone, the location was amazing for walking around Sycamore Gap!

This place has a great location, close to a popular spot called The Congregational. The beds are really comfy, and they provide an iron, ironing board, coffee/tea maker, and a work desk in the room. 🛏️

We had an excellent stay for visiting Cragside, the meals were incredible, and some of the staff members were exceptional. The hotel had a central location out in the adjacent National Park.

Got a great deal on a room with our own bathroom and the staff was super friendly. Loved that we were right in the center of a beautiful area 🌳.
